Background
The story of the build
A hilltop rim-flow pool put right: the edge re-levelled, the plumbing reworked and the interior refinished in charcoal so the water mirrors the sky.
The pool had a rim-flow edge that was not level, so the sheet of water broke into dry spots along the wall. In September 2021 Curtis Pools removed the edge, buffed the granite true, and changed the piping so the system ran efficiently.
New mosaics went in and the interior was finished in charcoal marbelite. The photographs are of the result: a dark surface holding a full reflection of the sunset over the plains.
